By downloading, installing, or using RailChop ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Service Description
RailChop is a mobile cut optimization tool for picture framers. It provides moulding cut optimization, work order scanning, remnant tracking, stock inventory, and related tools. The App is provided by JBlaze Development LLC.
Subscriptions and Billing
RailChop offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) are billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by the respective platform's terms. You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings.
Trial Period
New installs receive a 14-day free trial that includes every Business feature with usage caps of 20 AI scans and 20 voice dictations during the trial period (Quick Scan remains unlimited). The trial requires a payment method via Apple's introductory offer; no charge is made unless you remain subscribed past day 14. After the trial, the app reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe.
Data and Privacy
Your framing data is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how data is handled, including the AI Scan feature.
Accuracy
RailChop's optimizer provides cut plan suggestions. You are responsible for verifying measurements and cuts before cutting material. JBlaze Development LLC is not liable for material waste, incorrect cuts, or other losses resulting from use of the App.
Intellectual Property
RailChop, its optimization algorithms, interface design, and content are the property of JBlaze Development LLC. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute any part of the App.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. JBlaze Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
