AI Scan is the one feature that requires an internet connection, since it sends a photo to our secure server for processing.

Quick Scan reads dimensions from typical cut lists. AI Scan goes further — it reads customers, dimensions, quantities, and profiles from any format: handwritten sheets, POS printouts, or custom forms. No templates needed.

After every optimization, offcuts above your minimum remnant length are saved automatically, tagged by profile and valued in dollars. When you optimize again, a proprietary algorithm factors those remnants into the cut plan to maximize overall efficiency. You also get flexible controls over remnant aging and management so you can run your stock the way that works for your shop.
